The customer applies their own label upon receipt. Rolf's Choice Sockeye hot smoked salmon is labeled in part: "***ROLF'S CHOICE***SMOKED ALASKAN KING SALMON*** Ingredients: salmon, salt, brown sugar, hardwood smoke***Important: Keep frozen. Thaw under refrigeration immediately before use***".
